For the past 10 years I have read about and used countless products and ways to help me achieve those ever-elusive 6 pack abs. I have seen pills that claim to get you ripped, electronic belts that stimulate your ab muscles while you sit on the couch eating Fritos, and best selling books that promise but never deliver. With a degree in Marketing and many years of research and practice I have come to the conclusion that most of the information circulating on the web is well... just crap.  There are a lot of half truths and some flat out lies that are apparently just there to rip us off.
